  • For attendees under 13: We collect the date of birth and a chosen username.

    For attendees aged 13 to 17: We collect the date of birth and email address.

    In the few instances where we collect personal information from children, we always seek parental consent and will only ever collect such information for the purposes specified when we collect it.

    For attendees over 18: We collect the email address, postal code, and year of birth.

    We also ask everyone to specify their gender. You can choose female, male, or enter another term of your choosing. There is also an option if you prefer not to disclose your gender.

  • We collect certain information automatically, such as:

    Technical Data: This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, and device ID. We can also determine which webpage directed you to our site through your browser information.

  • Any KEVENTS apps on your phone, tablet, or TV may store information on your device, and we may access that information. For instance, if you ask for information about local events, you can choose whether to give us access to your device’s location.

  • When you attend one of our events, we may collect your information through various means to enhance security, provide better services, and facilitate transactions:

    Video Surveillance:

    We use video surveillance cameras at our event venues for security and safety purposes. Signs are prominently displayed where such cameras are in use. The footage may be monitored and recorded.

    Free Wi-Fi:

    Cashless Payment Wristbands:

    If you have accessibility requirements, we want to make sure you have the best experience when attending events. To do this, we need to collect details of your requirements (which may involve you providing information about your mental or physical health)

  • When you purchase tickets to one of our events, or an event for which we are a co-promoter, we will receive your information from ticket agents used to sell tickets for our promoted and co-promoted events, or the venues we hire to put on the event. This includes:

    Name

    Contact Details: Email address, phone number, and postal address.

    Ticket Purchase Information: Number of tickets bought, seat number(s), and any special requests or preferences you have indicated during the purchase.
