1. Age Restrictions
Open to all ages
(Ages under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.)
The accompanying parent or guardians will not be required to have the same ticket as the child. Parents or guardians accompanying a VIP ticket holder will enter the same time as them, however, they will be asked to wait at the back of the venue until the Hi Touch & Photo event is over. (same applies to Snapshot event)
2. Hi Touch and Photo Event
You will Hi Touch Bang Yongguk followed by having your photo taken in groups of 5
STRICTLY NO RECORDING ALLOWED DURING HI-TOUCH AND PHOTO EVENT.
Hugging the artist is strictly prohibited. Please respect the rules and the artist.
Photos will be posted on Facebook Photos or via a link on Google Drive, which will be provided at the end of the Tour.
3. Snapshot Event
You will pick a pose(s) out of the options provided in advance, please hand your phone to our member of staff and pose for the photo(s) 1 to 1.
STRICTLY NO RECORDING ALLOWED DURING SNAPSHOT EVENT.
Hugging the artist is strictly prohibited. Please respect the rules and the artist. NO OTHER POSES are permitted, our staff are at discretion to not take the photo.
Photos will be taken on your own mobile phone, please ensure you have enough battery and storage on your phone.
4. Numbering & Lining Up
There will be no official Numbering, please do not camp overnight.
5. Gifts
Please note that we cannot accept gifts. However, letters are welcome and will be placed into a box.
6. Light sticks
Official light sticks are allowed. Please be considerate about all guests around yourself when waving light sticks.
7. Fan Projects
Please find the respective countries social media pages for Bang Yongguk or collectively collaborate in order to create a group fan project for 1-3 ideas. Projects must be submitted 17/06/2023 to OfficialKevents by FB message for the approval of 1 to 2 projects.

1. RESTRICTIONS D'ÂGE
Ouvert à tous les âges
(L’accès au concert est interdit aux personnes de moins de 12 ans non-accompagnées par un représentant légal, ce dernier doit également posséder un ticket.)
Si le mineur de moins de 12 ans souhaitre prendre un ticket VIP, son représentant légal n'est pas dans l'obligation de posséder également un ticket VIP, mais sera quand même autorisé à rentrer dans la salle en même temps que le mineur qu'il ou elle accompagne.
2. HI TOUCH ET PHOTOS DE GROUPE
Vous ferez un Hi Touch avec Bang Yongguk et directement après vous serez pris en photo avec l’artiste dans un groupe de 5 personnes.
IL EST STRICTEMENT INTERDIT DE FILMER PENDANT LES ÉVÉNEMENTS HI-TOUCH ET PHOTO.
Il est strictement interdit de serrer l'artiste dans ses bras. Veuillez respecter les règles et l'artiste.
Les photos seront publiées sur Facebook ou via un lien sur Google Drive, qui sera fourni à la fin de la tournée.
3. SESSION SNAPSHOT
Vous choisirez une ou plusieurs poses parmi les options proposées à l'avance, puis vous remettrez votre téléphone à un membre du staff et vous poserez pour la ou les photos 1:1.
IL EST STRICTEMENT INTERDIT DE FILMER PENDANT LA SESSION SNAPSHOT.
Il est strictement interdit de serrer l'artiste dans ses bras. Veuillez respecter les règles et l'artiste. AUCUNE AUTRE POSE ne sera autorisée, notre staff aura pour instruction de ne pas prendre la photo.
Les photos seront prises sur votre propre téléphone portable, veuillez-vous assurer que vous avez suffisamment de batterie et d'espace de stockage sur votre téléphone.
4. NUMÉROTATION ET ALIGNEMENT
Il n'y aura pas de numérotation officielle, veuillez ne pas camper pendant la nuit.
5. CADEAUX
Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons pas accepter de cadeaux. Toutefois, les lettres sont les bienvenues et seront placées dans une boîte.
6. LIGHTSTICKS
Les lightsticks officiels sont autorisés. Veuillez faire attention à tous les invités qui vous entourent lorsque vous agitez votre lightstick.
7. PROJETS DE FAN
Veuillez trouver les réseaux sociaux du fanclub officiel de Bang Yongguk du pays concerné ou collaborer collectivement afin de créer un projet de fan, et ce pour 1 à 3 idées. Les projets doivent être soumis le 17/06/2023 à OfficialKevents par message Facebook pour l'approbation de 1 à 2 projets.
